I have been fortunate enough to have many different experiences at several public schools and one thing that has remained consistent for me is my ability to develop new programs or procedures where I've seen a need.
That skill has followed me in my transition to a district level role. I am now part of several teams that develop new protocols, procedures, and initiatives for my entire school district.

I introduced Academic or College Signing Day to two different high schools and I created the custom branding that is still in use today.

G.E.M.S. & G.E.N.T.S. is a Service/Leadership Club that was a new program that I created and branded.

Junior Marshals
Junior Marshals is not a new idea but it was new to my previous school. Administration had never considered using the top ranked Juniors to participate in comencement. I created a proposal and it was accepted. The Junior Marshals are now a permanent presence at graduation in Henry County.

Thrive New Counselor Training Series (In-Development)
New Counselor Orientation Series. THRIVE will meet quarterly with the Thrive Team who are mentors for all new counselors. The series will be focus on elements of the APS 5 and the APS Strategic Plan.
